An enhancement of an existing suite of Konica Minolta web-applications to allow a further streamlined process of interacting with high-volume printing solutions.
Project Description
Konica Minolta Business Solutions has had a suite of existing web applications to interact with their high-volume printing solutions for years. Due to the level of complexity and configurability involved, much of the functionality is becoming cumbersome and performance issues are surfacing. In addition, Konica Minolta has a requirement for a completely new aspect of this web application suite.
Diradis members are working closely with Konica Minolta engineers to devise a new a strategy while keeping backwards compatibility in mind. A completely new management tool will be created to allow end-user administrators to have customization control over the application with a simple drag-and-drop tool. Along with customization, a completely new graphical user interface will be introduced in the newer aspect of the web application suite.
